Our office will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We will be working with a small staff from December 26 to 1pm on Dec 31st to allow our out-of-town employees time to spend with their families. We will answer phone calls and return messages, but the office will not be open for in person visits. The office will be closed on New Years Day, and we will be back to normal business hours on January 2nd.

I’m originally from Columbia, SC, and graduated from the University of South Carolina, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in insurance and economic security.

Before joining State Farm, I worked in the transportation and logistics industry, where it was my passion to ensure my customers received their shipments on time and in good order. I still bring that same passion and commitment to my customers at State Farm!

Since opening Barry Johnson State Farm Agency in August 2021, my team and I have taken pride in coaching and empowering people with their personal insurance decisions and making sure they are prepared for anything life throws at them.

When I’m not at our office, I enjoy attending USC sporting events and concerts, boating on Lake Murray, or traveling all around South Carolina from the mountains to the beaches.
